It is very hard to believe that AmeriPlan® as we know it
began in 1992. It was when identical twin brothers
Dennis and Daniel Bloom heard the cry for a value
oriented discounted fee for service dental plan, and
moved forward to create one. The business was the
outgrowth of the demand for health care services.
AmeriPlan® Corporation, under the capable guidance of
the Bloom Brothers and the staff of professionals that
they have assembled, is now positioned as the nations'
largest discounted fee for services, dental, vision, and
prescription plan provider. This organization will
provide a stable platform from which to grow. It is
anticipated that the next few years will show AmeriPlan®
continuing plans and programs that have a foundation in
the past and through the implementation of new plans and
